Delivery times are indicative and can vary when extra verification is needed.

You are responsible for entering correct customer details and selecting the right product and region.

Delivered codes should be treated as confidential and not shared publicly.

For delivered digital codes, withdrawal rights generally do not apply.

Refund requests are assessed in cases of verified technical delivery failure.

Our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from attributable non-performance.

We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, or misuse of delivered codes.
