- Open the received card or link to the final Eneba code. Check its value and redeem the card within twelve months of purchase.
- Visit https://www.eneba.com and log in to the Eneba account that should receive the credit. Create an account if you do not have one.
- Click your account icon at the top right, choose “Balance”, then select “Redeem gift card” in the dashboard. Labels may appear in your selected language.
- Enter the code and select “Apply”. If required, first follow the Eneba Wallet setup steps, including the Hyperwallet payment service terms, then check the balance.
- Choose your game or another qualifying purchase. Check the seller, platform, edition and activation region; additional game content may require the base game.
- Proceed to checkout and choose “Eneba Wallet”. Make sure the balance covers the full total including fees. Add more credit first if necessary, within your account limits.
- Confirm payment with “Continue” or the displayed confirmation button. Follow the activation instructions for the purchased product, and check your remaining balance in your account.
